*Eagan,MN-Locals!* Review requirements to determine nature of changes specific to claims processing in the STAR system. Consider changes in light of how STAR processes claims. Based on this analysis provide input into Integration/System Test Plan for Local, ITS and FEP testing. Craft RVM/Test Scenarios and ratify/update with Project Team/Business Build Test cases/claims (which may include researching Production claims and running baseline claims). Execute Test cases (Paperless and Manually input claims) in conjunction with some BCBSMN support. Run tests cases and capture data using Hiperstation scripting mechanism. Which results in repeatable automated scripts. These scripts are run until all test cases 'Pass' Once this Integration/System testing is completed, prepare the scripts to run within the existing STAR Regression Bed During STAR Regression process, monitor and correct any script kick outs and analyze for defect discovery. This effort continues until we Pass STAR Regs (this includes current test cases and existing STAR Regression Bed). Pare down (determine a sub set of these scripted test cases) to become part of the exiting STAR Regression Bed and turn over to STAR Regression team. All test case information will be tracked in CQ(TM) records. Note: ITS & FEP effort will involve some training/working in conjunction with BCBSMN-IBM ITS/FEP resources to perform analysis and execute/evaluate test claims. Minimum 3 years STAR/CAPS claims experience (Business, Testing and /or, Training), with 9 months minimum of executing Test claims in BCBSMN system. Claims Pricing experience is desirable. The Senior Test Analyst is primarily responsible for the analysis, design, planning and execution of testing, and reporting of the test results, trends and metrics. Leadership skills in the test discipline will be required for projects and BCBSMN initiatives.
