EDS Advanced Technical Writer JOB DESCRIPTION: Helps manage the overall Marketing/Communication strategy for EDS with the field and internal audiences, including: -Identify and manage change implications within projects and across business units, determining repeatable processes to address changes -Manage the development and execution of communication strategies and plans -Maintain content of EDS Release communications to the Field. Ensures all new and existing EDS messages on the communication portal are accurate, clear to advisors and consistent with release objectives. Will ensure that messages received appropriately and timely RP review and approval as required. Maintain updated content in a clean and regularly refreshed format. -Support Critical Situation communications to the field; communication needs to be escalated and circulated rapidly in the event of system outages or degradations. -Maintain strong partnership with corporate communications and other communication teams throughout the organization -Partner with project teams and business partners to determine and support field communication related to technology. -Help facilitate change through partnership, planning, communication and strategic thinking Excellent verbal and written communications skills Progressive technical writing experience Demonstrated success in developing and writing communications in a variety of writing styles, focused on various audiences Exposure to various communications mediums Degree in technical writing, communications, English or related writing-oriented field preferred Detail oriented, organized and able to manage multiple project simultaneously Ability to work independently or as part of a team Good facilitation, presentation and coaching skills Proven effectiveness in a fast-paced, demanding, client-driven environment Thanks Shankar 248-522-6879 --~--~---------~--~----~------------~-------~--~----~ You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "SAP ABAP" group.
