Excellent project/time management skills required. Excellent verbal and written communications skills. Strong problem solving and troubleshooting abilities. Self-motivated and able to perform with minimal supervision. Experience with project cost management and resource capacity planning. Strong Data Analysis skills. Strong Business Process Analysis skills and Business Process Mapping. Strong Change Management skills. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. 7+ years of PM experience. 2+ years of PMO experience. Project / Program Management experience. Clear understanding of the differences between Project Management and Program Management. Technical Project Management (traditional Requirements, Design, Code, Test, Deploy). Business Project Management (Training, Communications, Metrics, Business Requirements, etc.). Preferred Experience: Prior Tier 1 Consulting Experience. 12+ years of total work experience. Experience implementing Workday Recruitment, Performance Management, Talent Management and Succession Planning Modules on a base Workday HCM Platform.
