JOB COMPLEXITY:

Works on problems of diverse scope where analysis of data requires
evaluation of identifiable factors.

Demonstrates good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining
solutions.

Interacts with senior internal and external personnel. Integration of
automated business functions and their related data.

Delivers work on time and meets requirements, high level of customer service
through quick responsiveness to client requests and regular communication.

Works with clients to develop new or redesign business processes and
recommendations for automation opportunities.

Works to provide quality solutions that meet specific business unit
requirements using business and technical knowledge to help prevent defects.


Utilizes standard methodologies and tools for project scope, development,
testing and documentation.

Possesses solid knowledge of the core technologies, platforms, tools and
applications used in delivering business solutions for the business units
supported.

Demonstrates an awareness and understanding of changes in technology and
their impact to core business applications.

Articulates technical application infrastructure strategies and their impact
on automated systems to IS&T staff.

Is proactive in providing transfer of knowledge regarding technical
application infrastructure to IS&T team.

Supports existing technical application infrastructure.



SUPERVISION: Normally receives little instruction on day-to-day work,
general instructions on new assignments.
