Title: Performance Test Manager posted on 2014-03-18 03:29:34 Job Description:* Hands on experience in Test data creation, Test execution and analyzing the results to ensure that software meets or exceeds specified standards and /or customer requirements. * Identify and recommend changes to enhance the effectiveness of software quality assurance strategies * Development of Performance Test Plans, Status Reporting, Test Readiness Reviews and Post-Implementation Reviews as appropriate * Strong knowledge of Performance tools (Load Runner) * Strong knowledge of Monitoring tools (HP Site Scope, Diagnostics, BMC Best1, Perfmon etc.) * Hands on experience in using test management tool (Performance Center or ALM) * In depth knowledge of different type of performance tests e.g. Reliability, Stress, Smoke etc. * Knowledge on scripting languages. Lead experience needed: Must have experience in working with teams across various locations. Should be well versed in Project Management (Planning, Monitoring, Team management etc.) Good management, interpersonal, Analytical, communication, organizational and decision-making skills.
