Please send me your updated resume in word format along with pay rate details on W2 *Job Title : QA Engineer * *Client : Travelers* *Location : SPOKANE, WA * *Duration : 6 Months Extendable Contract* *Pay Rate : $Open* *Job Description:* The Quality Specialist will conduct quality reviews for the operational processing functions in the various Business Units, Business Centers and Field Operations. Provide positive and constructive feedback to support performance improvement and operational consistency. Conduct reviews to reinforce quality standards are being followed within the new business, renewal, endorsement, telephone transaction and various other processes. PRIMARY DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES: ú Responsible for completing quality reviews of work processed by employees ú Clearly and effectively communicate quality assurance findings to managers and employees ú Participate in quality review, calibration, and appeal meetings ú Maintain a solid understanding of current products, forms, coverage and billing procedures ú Identify trends and areas for improvement and provide input to quality area and managers to develop training or action plans to address issue(s) ú Utilize system applications necessary to perform, monitor, track, and document control gaps identified within Small Commercial job functions ú Provide input for the development of review tools to be used in the quality review process ú Train others individually or in small group settings, prepare monthly QA reports (individual and management) with related MI for error analysis and assessment JOB COMPETENCIES / QUALIFICATIONS: ú Strong verbal and written communication skills ú Provide feedback in a clear, concise, and professional manner ú Ability to identify, analyze and solve problems within the business context ú Able to handle multiple priorities effectively, manage time well ú Demonstrated insurance and systems knowledge across functional areas ú Strong understanding of Small Commercial products, systems, processes, and underwriting guidelines ú Advanced knowledge of functional business processes ú Excellent customer service skills and works well in a team environment ú Demonstrates a good understanding of Excel, Power Point, and Word software EXPERIENCE: ú College Degree or equivalent experience relevant to the business ú Minimum two plus years experience in Small Commercial Operations Job Requirements: Need who is having commercial insurance experience OR Property and Casuality experience.
