Implement and maintain that solution. Provide technical documentation for that solution. Subject Matter Expert to create, install, and maintain OnBase software on mission critical systems. Tune systems for optimal performance. Track system capacity. Ensure system stability. 35% Train and advise less skilled systems programmers and provide expert technical assistance for others. 20% Collaborate and liaise with other units and serve as a technical resource and subject matter expert. 20% Serve in on-call rotation. Follow industry standard best practices and CCIT policies and procedures. 15% Contribute to research and development projects as required. 10% Required Skills (rank in order of Importance): Firm understanding of application components and OnBase modules Complete knowledge of the installation and configuration of components Technical documentation Soft skills Required: Effective Communication Skills (written and oral), Adaptability, Flexibility, Self-motivation, Problem Solving, Analytical Thinking, Time Management, Ability to work effectively in a stressful environment Preferred Skills (rank in order of Importance): OnBase monitoring Experience with VMware Knowledge of Linux and Oracle DBMS would be a plus. Required Education: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience. Required Certifications: OCSA, OCI.
