*Please send resume to s...@cncconsulting.com <s...@cncconsulting.com>* Job title: *Oracle CC&B Quality Control Analyst* Location: Phoenix, AZ Duration: 12 Months Direct Client Position Client: City of Phoenix Seeking the skills of a qualified Oracle Customer Care and Billing (CC&B) Quality Control Analyst (QCA) to assist us with a successful upgrade from the City’s current version of CC&B version 2.1 to CC&B version 2.4.The CC&B Application is the primary web-based application used by the CityWater Services and Public Works Departments for utility customer account management. A QUALIFIED CANDIDATE MUST POSSESS THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE: *At least two years of experience as a Functional Lead/ Architect, supporting CC&B v2.1 or higher.* Experience as a *Functional Lead/ Architect, supporting CC&B v2.4.* Comprehensive understanding of CC&B v2.4 configuration is preferred. Comprehensive understanding of CC&B v2.4 Customer Self Service module is preferred. At least one year of experience measuring, analyzing, and improving utility operations (Water and Solid Waste, preferred). Comprehensive understanding of utility best practices (Water and Solid Waste, preferred). Experience with *Oracle Service Oriented Architecture (SOA)* and/ or Oracle Exalogic is preferred. Ability to produce reports, both written and verbal, that are easily understood by senior management.
