Payroll Process re-engineering & payroll operations experience.* *The ideal candidate is expected to have a thorough experience and understanding with Payroll BATCH jobs, scheduling, in a consolidated environment as well as a Leadership skills in a very a large organization. Experience with ESPX scheduler is a definite PLUS.* *The client environment is a large telecommunications organization undergoing a consolidation of numerous PeopleSoft HR \ Payroll instances resulting from mergers and acquisitions.
