A thorough hands-on working knowledge with PeopleSoft Tools/HCM Upgrades, Change Asst, Upgrade Asst, Apps Designer, Data Mover, SQR, and SQL is required. * *The candidate must have demonstrated technical and functional experience as a Team Lead on version 9.0 PeopleSoft upgrades in an enterprise environment with high availability and high performance requirements.* *The person needs to be able to create a detailed project plan that encompasses all aspects of the project scope and the resources required to achieve the plan. This includes using existing compare reports to create a fit gap, review the current customizations, design the upgrade solution, create a staffing plan, and prepare a test plan that outlines the migration paths and upgrade steps. A thorough understanding of the functionality of 9.0 (HR, Base Benefits, Payroll) is needed to guide decisions on features to deploy with upgrade and the associated impact.* *Effective communication skills are required with the project team and functional users.
