We have a requirement for aBusiness Analyst.
We have a requirement with our direct client for a Business Analyst. This
is long term project…please submit candidates who will commit to a long
term project.
Position: Business Analyst
Duration: up to 3 years
Location: Tallahassee, FL
3 references are required.
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
· Must have 5+ years’ experience as an IT business analyst with
proven experience in overseeing the design, development, and implementation
of software and hardware solutions, systems, or products.
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
· Bachelor‘s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems,
Business Administration, or other IT related field.
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES (KSAs)
· Ability to effectively communicate with both technical and
business resources and translate business needs into effective technical
specifications.
· Ability to conduct research into application development issues
and products.
· Ability to understand the needs of multiple stakeholders.
· Ability to prepare reports, correspondence, guidelines, and Power
Point presentations.
· Ability to communicate ideas in both technical and user-friendly
language.
· Ability to maintain a central filing system of all assigned tasks
and documentation for knowledge transfer.
· Ability to work in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
· Excellent interpersonal, collaborative, oral and written
communication skills.
· Ability to write technical, business, and plain language documents
and/or emails, with great attention to detail in all written communications.
· Ability to work on multiple projects as a project team member,
occasionally as a project leader.
· Experience in Quality Control, Testing, and Validation of
large-scale software development projects.
· Strong customer service orientation.
· Skilled in using Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft
Project, Visio, Power Point, and ability to use SharePoint.
