We are looking for *QA Tester with Financial background *for one of our client at *Boston, MA*. Please let me know your interest. *QA Tester with Financial background* *Location: Boston, MA* *Duration: 6-12 Months* *F2F interview is required after telephonic.* Experience with *Investment, Trading, Compliance and/or Reporting applications in the Investment Management / Financial Industry* is highly preferred. *The primary software technologies include: *UTF (formerly QTP), T-SQL, SQL Server 2005/8/12, C#, WinForms, MVC, WCF, nServiceBus, nCache, SSRS, javascript, Visual Studio/TFS 2010, VMWare, Active Directory. *Qualifications:* · The ideal candidate must have a proven track record of success as a software quality assurance tester in investment management / financial services trade compliance or a related discipline · Ability to effectively manage and deliver small to mid-size project initiatives independently. · Strong analytical and organizational skills. · Detail oriented. · Applied knowledge of the full SDLC with the ability to write comprehensive test strategies and plans based on documented and undocumented business requirements. · 5+ years hands-onquality assurance testing of custom and packaged solutions. · 2+ years programming in a Microsoft environment. · 2+ years experience using Microsoft SQL Server (2005 or 2008) including querying complex schemas and stored procedure developmentor troubleshooting.
