Security Architect: Position Description * Provide security design and engineering support for corporate projects. * Vulnerability Scanning * Strong Network Security Design Experience: o Firewalls o Intrusion Detection/Prevention o Web Application Firewalls o Log Management (SIEM) * Provide security consulting and support projects by identifying security solutions o Ensure appropriate mitigations are applied to systems based on risk ratings. o Recommend technologies to use and the related security standards. * Strong OS background; multi-platform: UNIX and Windows. * Strong technology research experience. * Analyze network diagrams for compliance with policy and best practice * Interact professionally and effectively with technical and non-technical clients Position is specific to working on projects as a security engineer. Daily monitoring of specific technologies is not expected, but having the experience would be a bonus.
