Experience with dotCMS is preferred, however the client will accept resources with Sharepoint or Oracle CMS experience. Must have strong HTML5, CSS3 and Javascript experience. Experience with Acrobat Pro PDF and understanding of it more complex features (forms, security, expiration) also needed.
