The Central Release Management team will engage with key stakeholders to understand requirements and incorporate them into an overall roadmap. They will communicate the status of all aspects of the certification process. These aspects will include understanding our tools, scheduling of game appointments, maintenance of schedule and details in the team database, providing frequent status updates to Studio partners on their current submissions, the basic technical requirements for game submissions, and any other information required to ensure that games pass on their first try through certification. Additionally, after the titles complete certification, the CRM team will shepherd the product through manufacturing, ensuring all key assets are identified, delivered and properly ingested in Xbox LIVE collaborating with key partners across the organization to ensure our customers have a great experience when the title launches. *Primary Skills/Must Have:* * * • 2 yrs.
