Position: Sr.Project Manager Duration: Longerm Location: San jose Rate: DOE Interview: Immediate * Job Description:* This position is a member of the Marketing and Channel Program Operations (MCPO) team within Cisco's Customer Advocacy (CA) organization. The program manager (PM) will lead cross-functional initiatives/programs coming thru the NPI (new product introduction) process. The PM will work closely with Services Marketing/Channels, Operational stakeholders and theaters to bring to market innovative service programs to Cisco Customers and Partners on a global basis. This position is a member of the Marketing Program Operations "MPO" team within the CA Marketing and Channels Operations Organization. The role of this Program Manager is to lead broad-based/cross functional changes to implement the operational aspects of new (or modified) service programs, with a focus on optimizing efficiency and increasing customer satisfaction. In a leadership role, the PM will partner with Services Marketing, Sales Operations and other cross-functional teams to determine the best method to bring new service programs to market while balancing the needs of the program with our current and future operational capabilities. The PM will provide direction and manage program resources in the development and implementation of the operational solution. Communicating the operations status of the service program and influencing all levels of management both within Customer Advocacy and other cross-functional organizations to gain support for proposed program solutions, will be the reasonability of this PM.
