Understanding of monitoring processes and application deployment process with open source tools such as kickstart, chef, puppet are a plus. Experience with processes related to deploying and operating Linux/Red Hat variants in a cloud environment Experience with processes related to deploying and operating Windows in a cloud environment Critical attention to detail, thoroughness and documentation Excellent written and oral communication skills, particularly in documenting and teaching operational cloud processes Ability to work with minimal supervision, making decisions based upon priorities, schedules and an understanding of business initiatives.
