Title: Business Analyst Location: St. Louis, MO Duration: 6 Months Pay Rate: $45 per hour (Max on c2c) Required Skills: The Senior Business Analyst is responsible for the scope of the project from definition of the requirements through their implementation of Mobile & Paypass technology. The analyst needs to be able to communicate effectively with the business team (and be an advocate for the requirements) as well as communicate with the development team. We are looking for a senior person to perform the following functions: Work closely with business owners to fully define business and functional requirements based on general concepts that are not fully defined Thoroughly document and be the subject matter expert for the requirements throughout the project lifecycle Document and manage changes in scope for escalation through the approval process Work closely with the development staff to articulate the requirements and clearly define and communicate scope Recognize, document, escalate, and coordinate resolutions for issues that occur throughout the project lifecycle Create and/or review test plans and test cases to ensure the developed solution meets business objectives Document and track status against project deliverables, tasks, and issues Communicate status and facilitate meetings as needed Experience with Settlement, Payments Manager, Debit, Prepaid or Processing a plus.
