*Position:* Project Manager *Location :* Downtown Denver ,CO** *Duration :*12 Months *Job Description: * SPP Market is implementing a new “Integrated Marketplace” (IM) is scheduled to go live in March 1, 2014. SPP IM will contain new business functionality such as Day Ahead (DA) & Ancillary Service (AS) Markets for Energy & Operating Reserves, Transmission Congestion Rights (TCR) Mechanism, & Real-Time Balancing Market (RTBM) for Energy & Operating Reserve as well as creating an SPP Consolidated Balancing Authority (CBA). *Specialized Experience:* Overall PM experience must be 7+ Years. Candidate MUST have Energy &/or Commercial/Financial Trading experience. Strong Project Manager with experience working within a structured IT governance/PMO model. Experience managing projects & budgets in the $3-5 million range required. Utilities experience is highly desired.
