Location: New York City Duration: 6 Months This position will be responsible for: . Financial experience is must . · Design, implement & maintain high quality, scalable & extendable SharePoint solutions · Awareness of migration & implementation plans that address both tactical & strategic needs. · Design & implementations of workflows to support business processes · Coding, testing & implementing solutions in a SharePoint environment · Analyze technologies, technical processes &/or functions, document findings, identify areas for improvement & create specifications & implement · Unit testing for all assigned deliverables. · Will work from high level requirements through detailed specifications, prototype, software deployment & administration · Design & implementation of custom Web Parts & other programs that leverage the SharePoint object model The successful candidate will have the following: At least 5+ years of technical consulting experience or as an architect/programmer, with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in .Net 3.x, SharePoint 2007, SQL 2005/2008. Excellent knowledge of programming / systems analysis, as well as quality assurance, prototyping, construction, integration, & migration functions Good problem solving & analytical skills, using them to resolve technical problems; possesses an excellent understanding of business requirements & IT strategies Strong experience with front end / presentation layer development Extensive SharePoint Designer Experience with Data Form Web Parts, XSLT, Workflow Full lifecycle experience in architecting large scale scalable applications. Possess knowledge & experience in developing, customizing & implementing software solutions Strong customer service skills & demonstrated the ability to build professional relationships. Good communication skills with the ability to communicate (verbally & written) to all levels of the business.
