Please note that this person needs to be someone who has been deep experience with Production support projects and someone who has handled trouble tickets as part of their regular position. *Job Overview:* Strong functional understanding of SD Functionality (functional knowledge of MM, PP, and/or Service module a plus). Able to work with end users in addressing "how to" questions and assist in troubleshooting exception scenarios.
