*10 month contract * *Rate: $75/hr C2C* ***They Must have ERP program management experience. Any of the SAP, Oracles, Microsoft products is fine. But they need to have depth and been the Lead of the program. Not a secondary background PM. *** *Must have experience rolling out SAP R3, preferrably with a global company. 2. Experience within the following modules is important as they are rolling them out: SD, MM, PP, FI/CO. 3. Must be able to work hand and hand with the executive team and help to drive change also work with a delivery team out of Germany.* Project management / planning professional that is responsible for establishing and leading enterprise-wide, cross-functional initiatives. Mindful of risks, lead a variety of different projects that include significant products, services, large-scale development and integrations. Manage business process arrangement for operational improvements, process re-engineering and infrastructure upgrades and deployments. Will manage all aspects of the project life cycle while working with a variety of partners. Provide rigor to scope and ensure commitments are achieved within time, quality and cost expectations. Validate business forecasts and reconcile risks, resources and other expenditures to them. Establish full communications and relationships to execute responsibilities. Qualified candidates will have strong PM Skills that prioritizes work and meets deadlines. Planning, organizing and leadership skills along with interpersonal skills for presentations of technical concepts to non-technical user and strong meeting facilitation and negotiation skills. Must be able to recognize risk, set direction and solution approach, resolve conflicts, provide straight talking messages with good business and technical acumen.
