The larger team provides self-help and assisted support experiences. The primary focus is to increase customer satisfaction and engagement with their service which includes the development and operations of learning, help, and troubleshooting content. The responsibilities in this role will include, but not be limited to: *COSMOS data pipeline development: *The need will exist to store, process, and retrieve various types of usage data from COSMOS via a production scale end to end data pipeline. The capability to write highly efficient scope jobs of medium to high complexity must exist within the team. SQL data pipeline development: Based on requirements a technical solution could include design and implementation of a SQL schema, view creation, stored procedure dev! elopement, cube design, and cube processing jobs via SSIS. Advanced level SSAS experience is critical for success within this project. Report and Dashboard development: Visualizations of the data as an interactive report (using slicers/filters) to end users is required via PowerPivot, Excel Services/SharePoint, Power BI, or an SSRS solution. Report maintenance: Maintenance and enhancement of existing BI reports as new feature/metric requests are received. Typically a data refresh of existing reports is required when end of month data is loaded into the data warehouse. Data refresh tasks would include refreshing and publishing of updated PowerPivot or Excel based reports while ensuring proper formatting and report filter defaults. Ensuring monthly cube partitioning and maintenance happens at regular cadence is also required. Testing of all deliverables; data validation, performance testing, and coordination with users for User Acceptance Testing. Create documentation for reports, high level technical architecture! and queries. Create and maintain documentation for issues, resolution and user help guides.
