Creates technical documentation THE CANDIDATE MUST ALSO MEET THE FOLLOWING CRITERIA: 1. Education – BS OR MS DEGREE IN COMPUTER SCIENCE 2. Minimum of 4 years experience developing with Oracle Application Express (APEX) 3. Minimum of 5 years experience doing HTML web programming with Oracle 10g/11g databases 4. Minimum of 5 years experience programming with PL/SQL skills required 5. Minimum of 5 years experience programming with SQL 6. Minimum of 5 years experience developing stored procedures 7.
