ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS: • Bachelor’s Degree in information technology, engineering or related field. • 5-7 years of proven experience in complex ERP environment. • 5-7 years multiple lifecycle management for Oracle EBS implementation including high availability and disaster recovery management. • 5 years EBS DB Performance and tuning experience. • Expertise in three or more of the following EBS modules: Financial, Order Management, and Supply Chain. • Extensive Oracle EBS 11i/12 implementation experience. • Demonstrated proficiency in backup and recovery procedures using RMAN. VTL • Experience with Oracle Applications technology stack, including architecture, installation, configuration, maintenance, cloning and patching procedures. • Proficient computer skills required including Microsoft Office Suite. • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact with all levels of the organization. • Demonstrated successful ability to build positive partnerships and work collaboratively with cross-functional business teams. • Ability to function at a high level of effectiveness, flexibility, independence and initiative without daily interaction with management. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS: • Oracle certification in EBS and/or Oracle database.
