Job Description: Senior San Consultant : To Support Storage Management of An Investment Banks’ Technology & Operations/Enterprise services Production Support Duties: Configuring, Maintaining, Provisioning, Allocating, and supporting over 3Petabyte of tier 1-4 storage Storage production and Disaster recovery SAN’S Oncall Rotation Frequent Weekend Work Must Have : DMX, SRDF, Lun configuration, Lun-Masking, provisioning Configure new storage array’s. Work with vendors on Break/Fix activities. Troubleshoot host related issues. Automate storage provisioning tasks writing scripts in Perl/Bash, etc. Support Cisco 9513's 9222i's VCM Lun-Masking Provisioning and allocating EMC, SRDF ,DMX storage. Major Plus: Experience with EMC DMX V-Max. Install , Test, , Migrate and Support V-Max migrations, symaccess, symmigrate (tier Migration),thin provisioning. Experience with provisioning HDS USPV,VM, AMS provisioning platforms a plus as well.
