*ServiceNow Implementation Specialist* *Location: Philadelphia, PA* Duration: 2 years Client is seeking an Implementation Specialist (IS) to provide customization and development for our customers. The selected candidate will have the opportunity to put their technical skills to the test in a creative and fast paced environment. The IS will work directly with the customer's System Administrator. Each specialist will be responsible for several customer accounts. *Responsibilities will include:* - Providing software customization assistance including, but not limited to: screen tailoring, workflow administration, report setup, data imports, LDAP integration, custom scripting and third party software integrations - Answering “how to” technical and application configuration questions - Facilitating roll out of new applications and modules - Assisting in troubleshooting patch / release management issues - Aiding in translating business requirements into technical requirements - Helping to implement new functionality - Wherever possible, enabling the customer System Administrator(s) to be self-sufficient Skills This role is technical in nature and dedicated to working directly with customer System Administrators of all skill levels.
