Hi All, I am assisting a client In Grand Rapids that has a 6 month contract position available. This position is Responsible for infrastructure support and maintenance of Microsoft SharePoint, used for internal and external collaboration.
This is for an infrastructure SharePoint support person, not a developer. Someone to assist with supporting our SharePoint servers. Responsible for responding to trouble tickets submitted via our Remedy ticketing system. Provides third level support in resolving SharePoint related problems for all levels of end users. May also help troubleshoot identified problems related to SharePoint and help document our systems. 5+ years experience supporting Sharepoint in a corporate environment.
