*Duration: 1-2 year projects* *Education:* Bachelor's Degree or equivalent required in an IT related field. *Minimum Experience:* 4+ years of related experience *Specialized Knowledge & Skills:* · Must have experience in Identity and Access Management Operations and Controls and preferably in SailPoint IIQ · Ability to document and explain processes and procedures to both business and technical stakeholders. · Experience with operating controls within ISO 27001/2, FISMA, National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) guidelines and Risk management frameworks. · Understanding of SOX related information security controls and their operation. · Candidate should have a working hands-on knowledge of tools such as Active Directory, Oracle, SQL Server and application provisioning techniques including SaaS provisioning. · Candidate should have a working knowledge of common OS and domain structures, servers, services, and their use of directory services. · Candidate should have experience with Windows, Linux, Red Hat, etc. hosts, operating systems and applications. · Candidate should have a working knowledge of network engineering and local and wide area (LAN/WAN) technologies and topologies. · Excellent interpersonal skills, presentation skills, and verbal / written communication skills · Self-starter; adaptable to change; motivated to set personal and program goals and proactively track performance against goals and initiatives · Ability to manage multiple priorities – projects, deliverables, and stakeholders · Ability to influence peers and management; ability to team cross-functionally and form relationships to achieve objectives · Willingness to learn new technology, tools and create new processes to meet control objectives Best Regards, *Fredric Miller | Sr. Recruiter*Pull Skill Technologies, Inc.
