Our top client, located in the *(Mount Laurel, NJ or Cincinnati, OH)* is currently seeking a (Telecom/Analyst Architect) resource to join their organization. *Role: Telecom/Analyst ArchitectLocation: Mount Laurel, NJ or Cincinnati, OHDuration: 6-12 Months Contract* *Discirption:*Deep Knowledge of Avaya Aura platform including Voicemail, AEP, EMC, CMS and session/system manager. Experience with NICE Call Recording and WFM platform. Understanding of VoIP and networking protocols preferred. Lead team in defining and structuring Telephony platform solutions, including planning, strategy, and execution. Develop and maintain a trusted partnership with business leaders and lines of business managers. Develop and maintain a trusted partnership within the architecture, security, server and network teams. Develop and maintain a trusted partnership with the end user and customer support teams. Develop methodologies in support of divisional strategy and vision. Required to complete and maintain full design documentation, diagrams, etc. *Objective: *To standardize and centralize the clients telephony and Workforce Optimization (WFO) systems into one core platform at their data center. Currently five separate telephony core platforms, four overlapping Dial Plans and four unique WFO vendors. Phase II – standardized telephony Phase III – standardized and centralized telephony and WFO enabling steady state call sharing *Job Role:*BS in Computer Science, Science or Engineering. BS or BA in other disciplines is acceptable, supplemented with adequate relevant experience. At least 5 years of relevant experience. Prior experience as a solutions architect is a plus. At least 2 years of experience with the core automotive business line products, services and benefits or similar experience in a related industry is preferred.
