Location: Hanover, MD Responsibilities ABAP/4 Lead or Manager is responsible for developing and maintaining the strategy, tools, controls and execution associated with Client's SAP application technical enhancements to support core business processes and integration to support Client's Enterprise Master Data Management, Data Migration, Data Archiving and M&A requirements. Required Skills:- * Should have 8 to 9 yrs of experience with SAP Lead Experience. * Should have Managed SAP Technical Team. * Exp with ECC 6.0 and Managed team of ABAP/4 Development. Should have knowledge with, XI, PI, EDI and Integration. * Minimum 4 Full cycle implementation as SAP Lead. Define, develop and execute testing and approval rules, procedures and processes. * Define, develop and execute integration and process flow standards. * Identify and deploy tools for application enhancements, Integration, programming, library management, source control and testing. * Should have excellent communication skills as well as written and graphic skills using MS Visio, Word, and PowerPoint. * Should be able to interact with and lead a multi-vendor team. * Effectively use best practices in the project management areas of integration, scope, time, cost, quality, resource, communications, risk, and procurement. * Knowledge of SAP ERP technical structure Knowledge of technical development tools Ability to lead med to large teams Knowledge of enhancement and integration governance policies, procedures and processes * US Citizen and the ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Clearance.
