*Job Title: Business Analyst SDLC* *Location: Oak Brook, IL* *Type of hire: 6+ months Contract * *Interview Mode: Telephonic and F2F* The USORT Requirements Team is the business unit responsible for design, testing, and deployment of Field Ready Technology Solutions, in coordination with our Home Office and Technology Vendor Partners. This individual will serve within the BUSINESS side of the house as a Requirements Analyst / Requirements Consultant supporting the USORT Requirements Team. We are seeking a candidate that is a self-starter, is highly organized, can work independently in a fast-paced environment, and that can produce multiple quality deliverables with varying deadlines. Included responsibilities will be a deep understanding of restaurant operations (McDonald’s Operations background highly preferred). This individual is expected to apply both operations and technical knowledge, serving as a conduit and translator of business needs between the operations side of the McDonald’s, and the IT / Technical aspects of the software development teams - including Discovery, Requirements Gathering, and significant documentation review, editing, and clean-up.
