Management, Capacity Management, Availability Management, Service Continuity
management, Transition planning and Support)

  Performs testing as appropriate

  Participates in BCP exercises

  Drives 90 day password changes

  Provides auditing documentation and support

  Supports the ITIL Process-Service Desk Discipline and Implementation

  Supports BPS transitions of development releases

  Contributes to management reporting

  Extensive experience with creating, implementing and troubleshooting web

  Extensive UNIX knowledge (VI editor, shl scripts)
