*Job Title:             Archer Support*

*Location:             Chicago, IL*

*Type of hire:        12+ months Contract *



*Interview Mode: Telephonic and Skype*



*GC/USC only*



The scope is to assist with the following functions within Archer:



Issue Management Application

Ability to create issues, action plans and tasks with assigned owners for
tracking and reporting

Historical reporting on Shared Foundational Components

Ability to report on processes, risk and controls as of a point in time,
and tied to the testing detail and output

First-line user tasks, including:

Ability to perform design and operational testing by first line users and
first-line control function

Ability to perform quarterly and annual questionnaires and attestations
regarding controls

Regulatory Change Management

Ability to obtain data feeds from multiple sources, assess applicability,
and assign tasks and owner for completion, and tie to processes, risks and
controls within the system.

Risk Management Application

Ability to conduct RCSA (Risk Control Self-Assessments), collect risk
metrics and associated escalations, capture operational loss near miss
data, and scenario analysis

Audit Management Application

Ability to support Internal Audit processes, such as planning, risk
assessment, testing and reporting.



The estimated tasks are outlined below.  This list of activities is not
exhaustive and is subject to change.

Gather and document business requirements for the applications and tasks
outlined above.

Create and maintain documentation to support business requirements, design,
configuration and ongoing support and provide such documentation to OCC.

Create user training for administrative and key business users, customized
for use by OCC.

Provide overall advisory guidance and support on Archer implementations,
out of the box functionality and best practices.

Other activities as mutually agreed to between partner and OCC.



*Qualifications:*



Business Analysts / Architects

Determine business requirements and communicate them clearly to
stakeholders, facilitators and partners using OCC requirements guidelines.
Business Analyst’s role will include;

Eliciting requirements,

Requirements organization,

Translating and simplifying requirements,

Requirements management and communication,

Requirements analysis

Use requirements to drive the design or review of test cases

Experience with gathering requirements for GRC systems

Understand best practices for Archer implementations

Understanding of business processes, specifically enterprise and
operational risk and internal audit

Assist with project documentation as required, such as presentation
materials, general documentation, meeting minutes, etc.

Assist with the support and/or development of training related
documentation.
