Identity Manager St. Louis, MO 6 Months The Identity Management (IDM) team is seeking an analyst/developer to design, configure/ code, test, implement and support solutions in the area of Identity Management. The IDM domain includes workforce reference data synchronization across the multitude of Monsanto systems that rely on accurate people data. IDM also includes the Directory Access processes that provide system account provisioning, role based authorization, as well as self-service processes involving system account and group maintenance. Required Skills: * Must be able to leverage Novell Identity Manager software. * Superior analytical, design, configuration, and programming skills. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Demonstrated success in gathering requirements, transforming the requirements to specifications, and implementing quality solutions. * Proven background in working across multiple IT teams and user communities, including facilitating design, testing and conversion activities, as well as development detailed work plans. * Demonstrated ability to build and extend vendor supplied application software tools. Application development life-cycle experience ' requirements gathering, design, application configuration/programming, and test. * Must have design and development experience with systems involving workforce and related directory data. 5+ years analysis, application configuration, and programming. * Working knowledge of the IDM environment, (Novell Identity Manager) or similar vendor offerings, including system account administration. LDAP, XML, XSLT, Oracle, Java, Exchange. * Working knowledge of: MS Active Directory, Role Based Access Control, SAP HR, email systems and related directory data, object oriented methodology, service-oriented-architecture environment, Perl development language.
