Need Local to Dallas, TX In-Person Required SQL Server DBA with Data Warehouse Experience Duration: 3-6 months Location: Dallas, TX Sure Shot Interviews!!! Locals strongly preferred Need people with at least 9-10 years experience. The candidate will report to Project Manager and participate in the design, new development and implementation of the data warehouse. Experience with new development is required, experience just maintaining the existing data warehouses will not suffice for this engagement. Strong development skills are required with the ability to develop independently in all three areas; SQL 2005, SSIS and SSAS, with special emphasis on SSAS. Must be able to follow architectural design and business logic provided. Individual must be self-motivated and also able to take direction. Will be able to demonstrate the ability to learn quickly and contribute to the project immediately. Additional responsibilities include: Participate and assist in data model design process Participate in entire SDLC process - Understand the business requirement and functional spec and translate to technical solutions Minimum of 3 years experience using SQL Server 2005, SSIS and SSAS. Required skills: * 3-5 years experience in OLAP architecture design, multi dimensional data modeling, data mart design, data security, ETL processes and process modeling. * Completed at least 2 data warehouse development projects with SQL 2005 including ETL (SSIS) and with special emphasis on OLAP design (SSAS) * 2+ year's experience using SQL Server 2005, SSIS and SSAS. * 3 -5 year's development experience on full-life cycle projects. * Outstanding analysis, documentation, and client-facing skills.
