*Position: Sr QA test automation engineer - Selenium* *Location: Carlsbad, CA* *Duration: 3-6 months, can be extended further* *Visa: USC/GC/EAD only* *Note: * · Looking for somebody with more experience in coding the UI scripts in *Java *than web driver. · Candidate who has designed & developed *Selenium *test automation framework. · latest projects - or worked over the last 2 years be on developing *Selenium *automation · looking for *Java coding experience* (not necessarily as a developer, but as part of testing). *Responsibilities:* · Test automation for web based application using Selenium. · Understanding functional requirements & design Working closely with the customer , attending project relevant meetings Coordination with offshore development team *Technical Skills:* · Do test automation for web based application using Selenium · Experience - experience testing web based applications developed in Java. · 5+ years of test automation experience, 2+ using Selenium. · Past experience in working in an Agile development environment. · Good understanding of databases & SQL. · Experience of working in an Agile development environment · Problem solving, and complexity analysis Experience of testing web applications deployed on Cloud/Amazon AWS would be a plus. (*Exposure to AWS would be a plus*.)
