Should be of 5-8 years of experience . Should have good domain Knowledge in Banking . Should have Intensive knowledge on DB2 , CICS ,JCL, EasyTrieve , MVS and COBOL. . Additional experience on SQL, Ab Initio, UNIX preferred. . Ability to interact with the customer on design as well as provide design suggestions and component reuse. . Prior design experience in at least one medium sized project. . Should have played the role of Technical lead for Mainframe related technologies involving requirement gathering, data modeling, and designs. . Should work as part of the customer tech lead team to drive projects. . Work with internal and external teams to understand requirements, ask the 'How, When, What' questions. . Be accountable for technical project delivery, and work closely with delivery teams for milestones. .
