Technical/Functional Skills -MUST HAVE SKILLS * Install, configure and Administration of Apache Web application and client facing applications * Install, configure and Administration of JBoss Enterprise application Platform servers * Install, configure, and administers All middleware platforms which includes Apache 2.0.55-2.2.22, Tomcat, Weblogic and JBOSS EAP 3/4/5/6 in a Solaris/Red Hat Linux environment. * Sets up Webservers with SSL and security restrictions. * Setup Linux Red Hat/Solaris servers for deployment of new application code * Configures JBoss Application Security, monitors JBoss performance, troubleshoots JBoss servers, clusters, and application issues. * Administration and Manage Azul and Zing Java appliances (high Java runtime performance solution) * Server Patch Management * Documentation for all application and system installs * Manage and maintain build and scripts required for various middleware components. * Provide 24 x 7 system support during on call rotation Roles & Responsibilities . Day to day middleware administration work . Responsible for Install, Manage, Maintain and Monitor middleware components. . Lead this assignment for the defined scope and act as the TCS point of contact for this project . Co-ordinate with offshore and on-site administrators for status and for task details . Provide status updates to project managers, peer groups, administrators and occasionally clients . Co-ordinate with other infrastructure teams for day-to-day activities and projects . Open, monitor, and follow up on tickets pertaining to issues/errors on servers on various platforms. .
