*Job Title : .NET developerLocation: Montgomery, ALDuration: 12+months Rate:$48/hr on C2CEAD GC AND US Citizen* *Duties/Responsibilities:Design, modify, develop, write, and implement software programming applications and components Support and/or install software applications and components Work from written specifications and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job and maintains documentation of process flow Maintain existing software systems by identifying and correcting software defects * *Custom built VB6 application needs to be converted to a web based application with new requirements and enhancements. We are currently working towards updating all of our existing VB6 applications. This particular project will require the following:* *Convert our existing Home & Community Based application to .Net (assessment, care plan and medical portions) and possibility of scanning documents into database. Allow data to be entered for billing of case management, adult day care, and meals on a daily basis (new requirement). Allow meals to be ordered/transmitted to our food distributer (existing) and receive a data feed back from distributer with delivery information (new requirement). Add narrative section to a client’s record (new requirement). Add fair hearing’s data to a client’s record (new requirement). Add other Medicaid forms to application; one being the Monthly Home Visit Tool (single form) (new requirement). Convert nurses’ approval interface to .Net and continue to upload to Hewlett Packard. Make enhancements to this process by allowing comments to be added and tracked. Revise interface. Convert VB6 module that sends the application to nurses for approval to .Net with additional updates. Convert AIMS-2 form to .Net and additional updates. Convert Actual Case management form to .Net. Convert Denied Services, Referrals, and Application Status screens to .Net with additional updates. Convert Billing module to .Net along with required updates (Custom billing process that creates an 837 and downloads an 835 from Hewlett Packard/State Medicaid Agency). Convert Eligibility file download (State Medicaid Agency) process to .Net. Possible data feed to Hewlett Packard with client’s care plan data (new requirement).
