Please find the below our *direct client requirement* and please send me your consultants resume to *p...@aptude.com <p...@aptude.com>* *Title: Senior Security AnalystLocation: West Bend, WIDuration: 6-12 Months* Essential Duties and Responsibilities • Performs duties autonomously and under limited supervision. • Engages in the Information Security Program and ensures that all tasks of the function are achieved in a timely manner. • Researches and assists in the development of information security standards based on ISO/IEC 27000, PCI, NiST, and COBIT standards. • Assists in the development and maintenance of technology specific security/hardening frameworks. Performs gap assessments against those frameworks. • Provides analysis and guidance regarding threats, vulnerabilities, and privacy and security incidents. • Participates or leads in testing, evaluation, upgrade and implementation of new and existing security applications to address emerging threats and vulnerabilities. • Acts as a liaison and subject matter expert on security related projects. • Analyzes proposed solutions architecture, technology, design and IT development processes to identify potential threats and vulnerabilities, and recommends options that enhance the security of solutions and business processes. • Implements the organizations Information Security Policies, identify gaps, and recommend and facilitate the mitigation of the gaps in line with industry standards and best practices. • Reviews Audit report findings and recommends the mitigation of security exposures identified. Coordinates security assessments with Internal Audit and other external third parties. • Participates in Change Management, Problem Management, Configuration Management, and Asset Management activities. • Carries out research on information security and privacy issues and keeps abreast of the latest technology, practices and industry best practices and standards in addressing the security exposures and threats. • Administers and actively monitors security applications as assigned. • Delivers presentations and summaries on information security management topics. • Researches complex information security issues for resolution. • Develops and maintains the information security dashboard based on metrics and Key Performance Indicators. • Other security related duties as assigned. • Acquires and maintains industry certifications (CISSP, CISM, GIAC).
