Allied Deployment Services is looking for *Sr. Recruiters* to work at our
Office Located in Hyderabad.

*Compensation:*   21k – 25k per month + incentives

*Experience:* 2 - 3 Years



*Job Description*

The Sr. recruiter will be responsible for full life cycle recruiting and
making placements.

Responsibilities include the following:

·         Catering to and fulfilling IT requirements

·         fulfill the requirements through various sources like job portals,
references, headhunting, networking sites

·         Supporting different types of requirements

·          Should be able to use Job portals/ Job boards extensively and
efficiently

·          Ability to deal with Clients/vendors/candidates professionally
and negotiate rates

·          Ability to interact, develop network and get the best resource
for any given requirement

·          Screening, short listing, sourcing candidates for the given skill
sets through various job sites, referrals

·         Assessment of a candidate’s suitability  to ensure quality of the
pipeline

*Desired Candidate Profile*



·         Should be strong in contract staffing

·         Must have excellent technical knowledge

·         Must have strong negotiation skills

·         Must be a self-driven person, hard worker and a go getter,

·         Excellent verbal and written communication skills with complete
understanding of US staffing process.

·         Should be able to manage the full life cycle of the recruiting
process.

·         Ability to source, screen, and interview, as well as technically
evaluate potential candidates

·         Negotiate rates with candidates/vendors as per the requirement

·         Ability to match prospective candidates to the right openings

·         Understand client requirements, source and shortlist candidates by
searching job portals and other avenues

·         Identifying Jobs that are a Fit to the Existing Candidates and
their Skill sets Via Job Portals IT Sub Contracting Vendors

·         To take responsibility and accountability for ensuring that the
targets are met. Should be a go-getter

·         Strong time management and ability to follow through

·         Should be self motivated and open to suggestions.

·         Should have a pleasant personality with good interpersonal skills.
