* 5-8 years extensive SAP ABAP programming experience in the area of SAP FI/CO, in-depth knowledge of integration points with SAP modules (SD, PS, PP, MM) and proven team leadership experience. * Functional knowledge: In depth knowledge of COPA, PCA, Period Closing, Controlling processes within a discrete multi-plant, multi-country manufacturing environment. * Technical SAP Skills (ECC-6.0): ABAP, FI Validations, Substitutions, and Rules, BAPIs, BADIs, function modules, EDI, IDOCs, SAPScript, SAPForms, ScreenPainter, ALV, BI in ECC-6 environments. Experience with WebDynpro-ABAP, WebDynpro-JAVA or other technologies such as Java, Portals, and Web-Apps a plus. * Non-technical skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills with business partners and IT functional analysts in a multi-cultural environment. Mentoring and support for our junior team members is expected. * A demonstrated ability to work in a highly diverse, international, multi-site work environment is needed. You will have previously worked in a setting where a mix of on-shore and off-shore developers is employed. Excellent communication skills and an ability to be highly organized are pre-requisites for success in this team. * Qualified candidates will have consultant-level expertise developing technical designs and supporting technical documentation based on Functional Design documents provided by business analysts.
