Understand and maintain investment data for loans and bonds. Trade settlement and using ClearPar website. Assist in the monthly reconciliation of the portfolio reports against the trustee reports. Reconciliation of cash and collection accounts. Maintain accurate data on loan and bond assets across all portfolios including ratings from various rating agencies. Back-up support for trade settlement issues. Downloading and checking daily market value of investments. Data entry of trade and agent bank notice information. Ad-hoc investment report generation for portfolio managers and analyst. *REQUIREMENTS:* Strong accounting/finance skills required. Account reconciliation experience required. Accounting or Finance/Economics degree preferred. Ability to understand legal business documents. Exceptionally high level of attention to detail needed. Strong analytical skills. Very strong organization and pc skills. Must be fluent in Excel. Outstanding communication skills. Ability to understand, communicate, and follow up with third parties, including agent banks and trustees. Coordinate with other internal ops staff; interact with portfolio managers and analysts. Strong project management. High level of initiative. Some knowledge of investments.
