Location  :   Houston, TX
Duration  :   7+ Months


*Skills and Experience Required :*
The Problem Mgmt & Change Mgmt role is responsible in supporting the
outsource client in ITIL Processes (Problem, Change, Release)
Problem management
1. Execute “reactive” problem management by tracking and reporting on Root
Cause Analysis (RCA) deliverable assigned to specific resolver team
(internal BHPB or 3rd party supplier);
2.Ensure all actions (assigned to individual resolver team) resulting from
RCA findings are tracked, monitored and completed by an agreed upon date;
3. Adhere to any new procedure (e.g. “proactive” problem management) or
tool requirement (as a result of Petroleum Release 2) in support of this
process.
-prevent problems and resulting Incidents from happening
-eliminate recurring incidents
-minimize the impact of incidents that cannot be prevented
