*QA Lead (Automation & Selenium) Philadelphia, PA Long-term contract Job Description: *The Quality Assurance Engineer III is joining the WiFi team to provide leadership as well as manual and automated testing. As the Quality Assurance Engineer III, you would be responsible for overseeing and providing best practices for the group as well as moving towards automation to improve regression and repetitive testing. *Job Details: *Oversee all aspects of quality assurance including establishing metrics, applying industry best practices, and developing new tools and processes to ensure quality goals are met Contribute to the development of Quality Assurance (QA) test philosophies and methodologies. Identify viable test strategies in order to support testing product functionality. Develop and execute test cases, scripts, plans and procedures (manual and automated) Lead and mentor QA team members Maintain lab and setting up of testing environments. Work with other QA Engineers or Software Engineers to identify, reproduce and document bugs or defects. Document and communicate test summary results. *Minimum Qualifications:* 3-5 years related experience 3+ years of experience in implementing requirements, test plans and test cases. Solid background in Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) process. Familiarity with Jira and Rally tools. Experience working with Agile methodologies. Good knowledge of Wireless Network core technology and components Familiarity with WiFi Standards (802.11) and features Configuration and troubleshooting of an Access Point (AP) Basic understanding of networking Knowledge of IP addressing and DHCP Understanding of Network Management protocols ? SNMP, TR-069 Experience with packet capture and analysis with tools like Wireshark, TCPDump. CWNA and CCNA Certification is a plus 3+ years of experience in test case automation.
