Subject: Supply Chain Analyst Location: Allentown,PA Duration: 10+ months Note: Need Only G.C & U.S Citizen *Reply Me At j...@itbtalent.com <j...@itbtalent.com>* POSITION SUMMARY: The Analyst – Supply Chain Compliance, Systems and Reporting position performs analysis on supply chain legal, financial, and risk compliance as well as participates in complex, multi-disciplinary projects, assists in creating plans and develops reporting, using various databases and reporting mechanisms and is responsible to perform analysis and reporting in all Supply Chain and related reporting systems. Key Responsibilities: -Supports Supply Chain Data / Information Reporting and Compliance, and Systems, Integrated Supply Chain people, process, methods/tools, and systems with aligning and implementing best practices strategies to meet customer service and cost objectives, eliminating non-value added activities across the Supply Chain. -Supports Integrated Supply Chain via using the various supply chain management operational and purchasing systems, develop standard and ad hoc reports and analyses on all elements of the supply chain cycle for the various equipment, materials, and services sourced and purchased in support of Energy Supply’s Operations. -Assists Supply Chain and Generating Plant Operations leaders in gathering and providing accurate data analysis for monthly reporting of supply chain metrics and KPI’s to various stakeholders. -Assists Supply Chain and Generating Plant Operations leaders implementing supply chain planning, sourcing, procurement, supplier management, material movement, and inventory management continuous improvement projects. -Assist in managing supply chain financial risk (e.g. SOx, EH&S, etc.), supply chain legal risk (e.g. contracts management, conflict minerals, etc.) and supply chain performance risk (e.g. policy/procedure compliance, document management, etc.). -Works with Business Intelligence Team, supporting major business intelligence projects including custom development of new solutions and targeted modification and integration of existing systems to support business processes. -Perform process, methods, tool, and systems analyses and promote best practices found in working with one business/function/geographic area to other business and functional organizations. -Responsible for supporting supply chain information systems, data governance and user system interaction. Basic Qualifications: -Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Finance, or related business degree. -2-3 years of experience creating complex Data Mart reporting, or equivalent. -Strong Computer and Analysis skills. -Proven ability to operate with a high degree of autonomy and professionalism. -Demonstrate effective communication and the ability to collaborate with people across functional lines. -High degree of problem solving and decision-making, even in ambiguous situations. -Excellent written and spoken communication skills. Ability to adapt and drive change. Preferred Qualifications: -Master’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Finance, or related business degree. -3-5 years of experience creating complex Data Mart reporting, or equivalent. -2-3 years of Supply Chain systems experience. -Strong team facilitation skills and program or project management experience with formal training in multiple program or project management knowledge areas. -Ability to foster an environment of team work between program or project management, financial, legal, operations, and supply chain staff. -Demonstrated analytical, problem solving, and decision making skills. -Experience in the electric or power generation understanding of business process management. -Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification.
