Worth, TX Duration: 6+ months Rate: DOE Start Date: ASAP Lead business requirement analysis for Management Reporting across multiple business functions, including (but not limited to) Sales, Finance, Commercial Operations, Procurement, Supply Chain, Manufacturing and QA, while managing the technical design and development of reporting solutions tailored to meet organizational and enterprise wide objectives and focused on use of the SAP reporting platform. Perform detailed business/functional requirements gathering and analysis for Management Reporting needs across multiple business functions, providing guidance to business contacts on best practice and technical solution considerations. Manage concurrent medium to large projects in the arena of business analytics and data warehousing, focused on supporting Management Reporting, ensuring adherence to defined project management principles and guidelines. Drive the definition of key performance indicators required to support and assess Alcon’s strategic and operational needs. Design reporting solutions leveraging SAP Business Intelligence tools, which provide key performance metrics and analytical capabilities to facilitate business decision making. Act as a subject matter expert and mentor on key business processes based on experience with SAP systems and technologies, providing guidance on how these processes are managed in the various transactional systems.
