Message Sequencing, Correlation, Queuing. * Knowledge of SOA Design patterns for building middleware systems ground up using Message Routing, Content Enrichment, Message Filtering, Message Transformation, Guaranteed delivery, Message sequencing, Batch message processing, error handling and reconciliation mechanisms. * Security, Logging, Auditing, Policy Management and Performance Monitoring and KPI for end-to-end process execution * Knowledge of Web Services Interoperability, WS-* standards and ability to suggest, criticize and formulate solutions in a multi-vendor and architecture committee meetings. * Development of PoC and presenting alternative solutions. * Strong understanding of Service Oriented Architecture concepts and principles. * Ability to design solutions that will build atop existing components and within the constraints specified by the project and Architecture * Expertise in interoperability standards and methods * Products - Oracle SOA Suite 11g, Oracle Service Bus , Weblogic, AIA, Oracle Data Integrator, Standards - J2EE, JMS, JCA, JTA, JDBC, HTTP/SOAP, XSD, JAXB, XSLT etc *Requirement 2:* *Need Peoplesoft HRMS / PeopleSoft HCM at Dallas, TX for 6 months contract* 1. 5-6 years of experience with PeopleSoft HCM 9.0 or 9.1 2.
