Provides technical advice to management and frequently participates as technical advisor and consultant in management decisions. *QUALIFICATIONS:* Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or equivalent. Four years of related experience can be used in lieu of a degree. Must have a minimum of five years of professional experience in programming/analysis and/or directly related areas required. Must have at least one of the following technical competencies: C#, ADO.NET, ASP.NET, VB.NET, SSRS, Crystal Reports, SSIS, SQL Coding, MS SQL Server, BizTalk, TFS, BOE, Java Scripts, HTML, Active Directory (AD), Share Point, Siebel (including EIM), XML.
